On April 20, 2018, a group of 57 remarkable individuals gathered at FBI Headquarters in Washington D.C. to receive the 2017 FBI Director's Community Service Award. FBI Director Christopher Wray presented the award. Among the recipient's was FLEF's own Dr. Edison Miyawaki.
